 The requested functionality is in place, since this is my first
 contribution i will like to have some feedback from the elders. I left the
 extra fields displayed in table format since the "old way" has table
 wrapper.

 I added new javascript file to handle the slug functionality.

 Modified the existing sample_permalink_html functionality to work for
 terms too.

 Should i add the same layout for new term, same as the list of terms?
