Comment:

 Hi!

 We're seeing this problem with 4.7.1 Multi-Site running on a windows
 server on Azure (aka - the worst case scenario) when uploading PDF's.
 This is a municipal site, so everything is a pdf.

 I just tried the plug-in, activated it and still cannot upload PDF's.

 Before I apply diff's have they been tested on multi-site?  Will they
 solve my PDF upload problem?
