 When you click on the thumbnail, the details open and you can see what's
 inside the video, so I don't feel the need for any selection of a 'good'
 preview image. I'd see it as a good enough enhancement if we just
 integrate the 'first view' instead the default icon; like in the
 screenshot attached. Even if it would be black, I can still see the title
 and if I want to know more, I'd click on it and have a closer look. Just
 my 2c so far
