 Are you on WP 4.5+ on this server? Please provide the WP version and php
 version. SHould be at the top of the debug ooutput.

 Also the ImageMagick Resource limits from the debug media plugin... called
 Imagick Resource Limits

 Also I noted something interesting in your output. Your image editor is
 called:
 {{{WP_Thumb_Image_Editor_Imagick}}}

 Mine is called...

 {{{WP_Image_Editor_Imagick}}}

 Why the difference??? Do you have anything in functions.php or a plugin
 that would switch out the Active Image editor?
