 The tests are timing this <?php echo "OK"; ?> with and without imagick
 pecl loaded into PHP

 So, yes *all* requests are being slowed down by just including imagick
 pecl into PHP

 It doesn't matter if imagick functions are being used or not, every
 request takes the hit.
