37140-3.patch looks good here. @joemcgill anything still stopping this? It
will be needed when editing older images even if #14459 gets in.
Not sure if `Imagick::ORIENTATION_UNDEFINED` (37140.patch) is better than
`Imagick::ORIENTATION_TOPLEFT`. Seems logical to set it to the proper
value.
