 hi. as someone with limited experience and skill in modifying wordpress,
 is this patch something far enough along that i can try to use it, or is
 it only fit for experts as of now? as someone with a site where all users
 are registered and users are scattered across several time zones, and
 where one of the functions of this private site is for central calendaring
 across those time zones, this feature would be absolutely huge for me.

 i would appreciate any and all guidance on this. this thread is the most
 promising thing my research has turned up so far. thank you so much.
