Comment:

 [attachment:39550.4.diff] Updates the approach from
 [attachment:39550.3.diff] to revalidate any image files that fail to pass
 the image validation step in `wp_check_filetype_and_ext()`. I've updated
 and added the tests to account for a few cases where the `upload_mimes`
 filter is in use. To run the tests, you'll need to add files in
 [attachment:39550-uploads.zip] to `tests/phpunit/data/uploads`.
