 latest patch is the value for `@since` in the docblock in `src/wp-
 includes/formatting.php`?

 Thanks for all the long hard looks @swissspidy ! This one's been a doozy
 because of all the core WP_Post and WP_Query changes required.  I think it
 sets us all on a better footing though.
