 You've posted on the WordPress core Trac - This trac instance is used to
 report bugs in the WordPress software, and is not designed for support.

 For all support requests, please create a [https://wordpress.org/support/
 Support Forum] thread instead. In this case, it sounds like your hosts
 mail functionality is broken, and you'd need to contact your host to get
 the issue resolved.

 As this isn't likely an issue in WordPress itself, I'm marking this as
 invalid, in the event that a bug can be found which is traced to WordPress
 it can be reopened with extra details.
