 Function {{{get_terms()}}} is showing as deprecated in 4.7.2.

 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.7.2/src/wp-
 includes/deprecated.php#L1276 still shows {{{get_terms}}} as the latest
 alternative of {{{get_all_category_ids}}}.

 What is the alternative function? File {{{deprecated.php}}} targets
 version 4.7.2 so it needs to be updated with the correct alternative.
