 Tested the latest patch on IE 11 and Edge and I don't see stray
 underlines. The only thing, in IE 11 the Customizer menu items toggle
 icons are a bit off, but that happens also on 4.7 so I guess it's not
 related and should be addressed in a separate ticket:
