 This looks really good. It is going to make live so much easier.

 The documentation in core for `$sanitize_js_callback` has not been fully
 clear. Instead of "Callback to filter a Customize setting value for use in
 Javascript" perhaps "Callback to convert a Customize PHP setting value to
 a value that is JSON serializable."
