Comment:

 Nope, the plugin was there for the last test, not this one. So yea, it
 appears to be an issue from your hosting provider's side, not in WordPress
 core. So please for such issues create a support ticket in WordPress
 support forum, as Trac is for development and bugs with the core. Thank
 you. :)
