 Hi @jrmorris77, and welcome to Trac!

 Thanks for the report. This issue was already described in #39365, and
 fixed in [39930], so it will be fixed in the next major release. However
 it is only a display issue. For the main site, the code snippet you posted
 always displays the URL with `http://` regardless of what is actually
 specified in the database. So the actual values of URLs should be correct,
 they are just displayed incorrectly in this one location.
