 I'm not sure reopening this is the correct policy, but I believe the
 implemented fix causes more issues. More often than not, it happens that I
 cannot edit a file on a customer's site, getting the following error:

 [[Image(http://i65.tinypic.com/eug8qu.png)]]

 This has happened more than once, on apparently unrelated websites.
