 There's a bug in widgets when switching themes. Before, on version 4.8.4,
 if you switch themes and return it back to previous, widget will retain on
 its widget column. In the latest version 4.9.1, every time you switch
 themes and return it back to previous one, all widgets will automatically
 placed to Inactive widgets.
