 oEmbed works in such a way that the URL you're adding is sent to the
 oEmbed provider (in this case Flickr) and they send back the embed code.
 Here you'll see an example of how such a response looks like:
 https://www.flickr.com/services/oembed/?url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/kinetoskop/36346369014/in/album-72157688941245775/.
 See https://oembed.com/ for more details about the oEmbed specification.

 Now, when the oEmbed provider changes their embed code, there's nothing we
 can do about this as it's in their hands to provide the embed experience
 suitable for their site.
