 For a few weeks, I have been unable to fully edit the homepages on our
 website.  I have tried it on different machines, using both IE and Chrome.
 Theme = Quest-ChildVersion: 2017.01.27 Using the Pagebuilder template
 On clicking the section header cog, normally you can change the background
 image, background image attachment, background colour etc - For some
 reason these pages are displaying a greyed out area and I'm unable to make
 any changes. Any ideas please? Something to do with the tile picker?? They
 display fine on viewing the actual website.
