 [attachment:42252.7.diff] applies cleanly against trunk after the coding
 standards commit, and also fixes a bug in `WP_Site_Query::get_cache_key()`
 where a temporary loop variable would accidentally override another
 variable used later on, previously causing two tests to fail.
