 Currently, there are 4 files in `/tests` that use the PHPCS 2.x
 `@codingStandardsIgnore*` ignore comment syntax

 These should be updated to the new
 [https://github.com/squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer/blob/9286141d1b33326aa617286f1225588da618a959/package.xml#L31
 PHPCS 3.2 syntax] or removed if no longer required.
