 [attachment:37923.15.diff] fixes a few things:

 * Fix broken unit tests.
 * Add `blogmeta` to the `wpdb::$ms_global_tables` array.
 * Update version numbers.
 * Add documentation and default for `update_site_meta_cache` parameter of
 `WP_Site_Query`.
 * Remove now unneeded unit tests for `is_site_meta_supported` filter.
