 [attachment:38922.7.diff] updates the previous patch to use `_fields`,
 allowing us to restrict the response to just tag ID & name. The only thing
 I'm not sure about is version info in the documentation -- what the
 `@deprecated` tag should read, and the `"Previous to X, this filter…"`
 info in the tag docs.
