 Hey @MacLeroy, I just did some further testing and I was able to save that
 example I posted above in a Custom HTML widget. Not sure why you're not
 able to do the same. The Custom HTML widget allow admins to post
 unfiltered HTML, so if you're an admin, you should be able to save that
 link.

 Are you an admin on this site you're working on?
 Do you have any other plugins installed and activated?
 Are you using one of default themes?

 I'm wondering if something else is conflicting and causing the error
 you're seeing.
