 @melchoyce I'm curious if you could restate the needs of this ticket from
 a UX point of view, as I'd like to avoid going down a huge technical
 rabbit hole if it's unclear on what the user goals are for this ticket.
 Any thoughts you (or others) have in this regard would be appreciated.
