 Hey there,

 Thanks for your report.

 Just because the warning happened in `wp-includes/functions.php` doesn't
 mean it's a bug in WordPress. This sounds more like theme or a plugin
 you're using does use `add_query_arg()` in a wrong way, passing an object
 instead of a string. Please try deactivating all plugins and switching to
 one of the default themes to see if the error still happens.
