 @melchoyce I suppose it is to help distinguish what exactly is being
 drafted. It isn't a post draft. Also, by using “changes” then we'd have a
 way to talk about it being scheduled: “draft changes” vs “scheduled
 changes”. Not sure how we'd talk about something being scheduled without
 some noun to describe.
