difference between "HTML" and "Custom HTML" anyway?
It was named "Custom HTML" to match the new Gutenberg block (see
#comment:39). We ''could'' name it HTML, but then we'd just need to rename
it again (or reconsider the block name) once we convert widgets to blocks.
