 @codezen8 if you set up the Text widgets in 4.7.5 and then switch to 4.8.1
 and apply the patch in [attachment:41622.0.diff], does everything then
 work as expected with the Text widgets added in 4.7.x? I don't see why the
 admin screen would fail to load regardless.
