 Rather than removing the mode switcher, I'd suggest making use of the
 feature in a better way. I think there's a benefit of showing less
 information in some cases, for example when you want to have an easier
 overview. For this specific example it doesn't matter, but as soon as
 plugins start adding more data, the mode switcher may become significant.

 For this screen, I don't heavily lean against removing the switcher, but I
 think it should not be entirely removed. Let's rather just hide it with an
 easy way of bringing it back for developers.
