Comment:

 Hi @nileshdudakiya94 thanks very much for the patch.

 We're actually in the process of moving away from documenting aspects of
 functions or methods that are already self-documented during declaration,
 such as `@access` or `@static`. Because of this, we won't be merging this
 patch.

 Closing as wontfix.
