 In bootstrap process, deprecated.php, pluggable-deprecated.php and ms-
 deprecated.php are includes. These files include all the deprecated
 functions in core. This is done for compatibility reasons, however there
 are many setups that do not requires these functions as they are not using
 any of these functions. These files inline over 4500 lines of code ( 3881
 + 208 + 518 ). There should be an option to disable them.
