 @ketuchetan thanks for 40575.patch but it's not quite right. Even though I
 said {{{$tags}}} in the ticket description, it's not the variable to use.
 {{{$allowedposttags}}} and {{{$allowedtags}}} both hold "allowed HTML" at
 the point the filter runs.
