 I agree. With a few exceptions, our Imagick tests shouldn't really be
 specific to PHP version, so I'd be happy to have 2 of our versions (one
 older one new) running with Imagick installed so we catch most of the
 issues. If we find this isn't sufficient, we can reevaluate.
