 When trying to update to version 4.7.4, it throws an error it can't find
 the zip file on :


 [https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/nl_NL_formal/wordpress-4.7.4.zip]


 When I visit the url myself it shows
 {{{
 Invalid locale.
 }}}

 The locale nl_NL works fine.
