 Reviewing the data for my profiling, I can conclude, the effects on
 performance are positive. The greatest performance wins come from installs
 without object caching.

 More profilng could be done here. My profile was just on vvv using query
 monitor. We could do with more profiling with plugins enabled etc,
 different pages on the front end.
