 wp_kses_hair is a lot to digest... attached is a patch that adds srcset
 and sizes to the $uris array. Needs testing. Also includes formatting and
 a slight refactor to case 2 in the switch statement. All of the scenarios
 in case 2 return the same way, the only thing that changes is the regex.
