 If you add more than 10 items to a sub menu in twenty seventeen, only the
 top 9 items are visible when the menu expands.  The remaining items are
 displayed off the bottom of the screen and inaccessible. When this
 happens, the submenu should become two column (or 3, or 4, etc.)
