Comment:

 After the unforeseen change of schedule for 4.7.4, there is now not enough
 time left to get these string changes into this minor release without
 causing lots of trouble for translators.

 On the one hand I might have backported [40330] sooner. On the other hand
 we now have zero string changes in this minor release, which is always a
 good thing.
