 [attachment:39222.2.diff] removes the unused `timezone` format, and
 updates the JSDoc significantly. (I've checked this locally using `jsdoc`,
 but needs a review to make sure it matches our standards if I missed
 something.) In the process, I noticed I accidentally had two definitions
 of `Z`, where one should have been `z`; fixed that up now.
