 wp-admin > options-writing.php

 1. Accepts everything. No character type restriction
 2. Page gets submitted with anything entered in PORT textbox
 3. Setting gets saved without values entered in Login name and Pass word
 boxes
 4. Pass word box should now show actual characters!
