 @jignesh.nakrani yes, the flow exists for the user, but when a non
 registered user sees this message for the first time he do not have any
 idea that the login form will also enable him to register, and in any case
 it is a two steps thing that could have been made into one.

 @rachelbaker sorry for being lazy but it is early morning over here.... Is
 there any patch creation flow using the git repository, or does everything
 still needs to go via SVN?
