 Affecting me on WestHost, WP version 4.6.1.
 The two fixes to limit the ImageMagick threads (via .htaccess
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/36534#comment:11] or patching
 class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/36534#comment:10]) didn't work,
 but adding the code to functions.php to switch the image engine to gd did
 the trick [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/36534#comment:25]

 And I filed a ticket with them and asked them to look into their
 configuration of OpenMP. I hope they deal with it.
