 Greetings,

 i would like to suggest some enhancements to the webm support

 1) If you currently upload a webm you can only change the settings like
 autoplay on loop if you insert it and go again on edit

 2) Webm can't currently be inserted for Galeries. I would like to suggest
 to handle it like image uploads for galeries.
