 Since 4.6 system fonts are used for the backend.
 For mac this is

 font-family: -apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,"Segoe UI",Roboto,Oxygen-
 Sans,Ubuntu,Cantarell,"Helvetica Neue",sans-serif;
 }}}

 This font results in:
 - extremely blurry headlines
 - nearly not noticeable "<strong>" formatting

 Blurry headlines are e.g. <h2>

 Nearly not noticeable "<strong>" formatting can be seen on the plugins
 list, where you can't differentiate between active and deacativated
 plugins anymore.
