 Wow, what an 'ingenious way to beg the question.

 I am sorry, but running a poll on your Twitter feed looking to validate
 interest in using Composer in WordPress core is as likely to be biased and
 has about as much statistical validity as running a poll during a Donald
 Trump rally asking who would be the USA's next best POTUS!

 If a poll is really needed it should be taken from an appropriate sample,
 not from your Twitter followers.  Running the poll on
 wordpress.slack.com#core would be one way to address it, but that would
 probably also be heavily biased to core developers and not WordPress
 developers at large.
