#38057: 'wp_update_nav_menu' action returns inconsistent number of arguments
--------------------------+-----------------------------

Priority: normal | Milestone: Awaiting Review
Component: Menus | Version: trunk
 Severity: normal | Keywords:
  Focuses: |
--------------------------+-----------------------------
The 'wp_update_nav_menu' action is fired in two places with a different
 amount of arguments.

 - [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/branches/4.6/src/wp-includes
 /nav-menu.php#L348 wp-includes/nav-menu.php] `do_action(
 'wp_update_nav_menu', $menu_id, $menu_data );`
 - [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/branches/4.6/src/wp-
 admin/includes/nav-menu.php#L1070 wp-admin/includes/nav-menu.php]
 `do_action( 'wp_update_nav_menu', $nav_menu_selected_id );`

The first one passes along the menu id and menu data, where the second one
 only returns the menu id.
