 [attachment:36697.individually-deferred.diff] is an initial patch that
 loads the items for a given type the first time that the accordion section
 is opened. Seems like some refactoring should be done to move the `data`
 attributes to the top `li` so that a secondary query for `.available-menu-
 items-list` could be avoided.
