 A few, minor, visual inconsistencies in these toolbars that would be nice
 to fix, see also the screenshot below:

 - the right margin is different
 - placeholders: title case or not title case?
 - placeholders: ellipsis or not ellipsis?

 About the ellipsis: it would be nice to reach some consensus and
 standardise across all the admin. I'd say remove them because they're
 useless and can be problematic for translations.

 Side note: for accessibility, placeholders should not be used as
 replacement for labels but this should be discussed in a separate ticket.

 Worth noting also the input fields size is a bit different, but just under
 a certain viewport size, I guess this is not a big deal.
