 When you use the post status select field in the quick editing options
 displayed are different from the options that appear in the post edit
 page. In quick editing appears the "published", but it does not work since
 the publication date is greater than the current date.

 My suggestion is that the post status select in the quick editing, follow
 the same pattern select the edit page.
